Project Overview
Frank Porter is a property management company for short-term rentals of exclusive apartments. Now it is growing rapidly – the business started in Dubai but expands on international markets.
Challenge
Frank Porter was faced with a problem – their platform no longer met the standards to provide the best possible customer experience. Moreover, the platform was expensive in maintenance and the website lacked a holistic approach to Frank Porter as a brand.
Frank Porter needed a flexible platform that could meet all requirements in terms of services, design, and the ability to scale up. The company was also looking for a stable IT partner that could support the business development, IT architecture, and service architecture processes.
Solution
We decided to build a new platform. Our team started with business analysis to map Frank Porter’s founders ideas into backlog for development team.
The new platform allows to:
- Efficiently manage Owners, Properties, Booking channels and reservations
- Manage all tasks for check in, checkout and maintenance team
- Automate communication with Owners through mobile app
- Create workflows for employees based on guest journey
- Integrations with booking channels
Results
The design is now tailored to provide a seamless customer experience and the website presents a holistic approach to the Frank Porter brand.
The design idea for the new platform was to use strong contrasts, the colors are black and white with a touch of gold. It gives a sense of luxury and elegance. All the images displayed on the website show elegant and well-designed interiors. The visual elements of the brand form a coherent whole. Marketing materials, newsletter designs, or checklists represent the same graphic design.
